I called and made an appointment and Richard arrived exactly as scheduled. He accessed the problem, gave me a quote for changing not only the one outlet but two others of the same type that may become a risk. He swapped out our old sketchy panel with a new one, relocated some receptacles, switched out a few ceiling fans, and troubleshot some mysterious problems we were having with switches and tripping breakers. The second time he came back he hooked up the charger for our new Tesla. He is super friendly, smart, and offers very fair pricing for the high quality work. I feel like I can call him anytime and get an honest opinion on whatever electrical issues we're having. We couldn't recommend him more!"
